From a same-week elopement for two to a full weekend with your whole family under one roof — the Grand White Barn, our fields, and our Highland cows are ready whenever you are.
Cedar Pond Farms is a family-owned wedding venue on 31 acres near Knoxville, Sevierville, and Gatlinburg, built around our Grand White Barn, the Grand Veranda, and our Scottish Highland cows. Couples marrying here choose one of two paths: a fast, intimate Elopement booked by the day, or a full Day wedding for larger guest lists — and either one can add a Farm Stay (Overnight) that turns the whole thing into a weekend on the farm. Compare them below, then book or inquire when you're ready.
Want to stay the night? Add a farm stay — the Milkbarn is yours exclusively, with the Barndos available as overflow for larger groups.
Hot Air Balloon & Tethered Balloon Rides are available as an add-on across all three packages — flights from $700, tethered rides from $1,000.
Built for couples who want a real ceremony, not a courthouse line — without months of planning. Elopements run Monday through Thursday in strict 4-hour blocks, so the farm can hold your window and turn it around cleanly for the next couple. Your Elopement covers the outdoor ceremony spot you choose (a second spot is welcome — vows at one, a sand ceremony at another) plus the Grand White Barn / Grand Veranda; the full run of the farm's sites comes with a Day Wedding.
Entry and exit times are firm — plan your ceremony, photos, and any celebration inside your chosen 4-hour window (9am–1pm or 3pm–7pm). Need more time? It must be pre-approved in advance and is billed at $500/hour. There's no flexibility on the back end, so building in a little buffer up front is worth it.

Overnight lodging pairs with either your Day wedding or your Elopement — stay the farm itself the night before and/or the night of your wedding. It's a favorite for couples who want an easy, unrushed morning, a bridal-party after-party at the Milkbarn, or simply more time together on the farm.
| Pairs with | Your Day Wedding Package or your Elopement Package |

| Add-on cost | $1,500 per night — the whole building, up to 22 people, exclusively your guests |
| Milkhouse add-on | Lounge / game room next door — large couch, two flat-screens, half bath, kitchenette, mini-fridge — $400/night (recommended) |
| Rehearsal dinner | Included at the Milkbarn for up to 50 guests when you book the night before |
| Checkout | 10am the morning after your final overnight — book two nights and skip a mid-stay checkout entirely |
On the Fairland Ridge side of the farm, Barndo 1, 2, and 3 serve as overflow lodging once your group outgrows the Milkbarn's 22-guest capacity — modern European interiors behind a sophisticated country exterior. Each has 5 bedrooms and 3–4 full baths: two ground-floor units (one bedroom each, full kitchen, bath, in-bath laundry, private patio, connected by an adjoining double door) plus a spacious upstairs 3-bedroom unit (one a loft) with its own full kitchen and in-bath laundry. For weddings, each Barndo rents as a whole building at $1,500/night (up to 22 guests) — which guarantees every guest under that roof is one of yours. Booked as part of your wedding, lodging reserves up to 18 months ahead and carries no local hotel taxes.
Add a farm animal experience for your farm weekend — Snacks with Jack-Jack from $600, or a Highland Cow Visit from $600. Ask about a balloon ride — flights from $700, tethered rides from $1,000.
Prices below are starting points for budgeting purposes — not final quotes. Your actual cost depends on guest count, selections, and availability, and will be confirmed during your inquiry.
Officiant, catering, florals, DJ, planning, and more — bundled so your wedding is fully handled, start to finish. Choose "all options" or pick individual services when you inquire.
A sweet farm meet-and-greet with our mini donkey, Jack-Jack, right at arrival — plus a selection of Jack's favorite snacks, sweet to salty (dietary preferences welcome).
Bring one of our Scottish Highland cows out to meet your entire group — the signature Cedar Pond Farms photo moment.
A relaxed, 2-hour guided visit with our Scottish Highland cows — more time, more photos, more of the herd than a quick Cow Visit. A favorite for wedding parties the day before the wedding. Tell us how many people will join in the inquiry form and we'll calculate your total.
A larger, hands-on animal experience in our Triangle Corral — up to 3 animals and 4 farm guides, for one full hour. It's a single flat rate for the whole group rather than priced per person, which makes it an efficient option for weddings of 100+ guests.
An evening on the water — guided catfishing, a farm campfire, and a family-style waterside meal of fresh deep-fried catfish, slaw, and made-from-scratch hushpuppies.
A full, straightforward catered meal for your guest list — one meat, three vegetables, drink, rolls, and salad. Plate count is based on your guest count in the inquiry form.
A private dinner or brunch for the two of you — bride and groom, or any couple — prepared with locally sourced ingredients. A favorite for Elopement couples, and available for any package.
Scale the private-chef experience up for your group — a full locally-sourced, plated meal at $100 per plate. Tell us how many plates in the inquiry form and we'll calculate your total. A great fit for Farm Stay guests and rehearsal dinners.
A full hot air balloon flight over the farm at sunrise — an unforgettable morning for a small group.
A grounded, guest-friendly balloon experience — everyone gets a turn, no flight required.
Extra ready-space at the Grand White Barn — changing area, seating, hand sink, mini-fridge.
A lounge and game room next to the Milkbarn — large couch, two flat-screen TVs, half bath, kitchenette, mini-fridge. Perfect for a bridal-party after-party.
Five-bedroom private lodging with modern interiors, ground-floor units with private patios, and a spacious upstairs 3-bedroom suite.
Booking your overnight stay directly with us — whole buildings at $1,500/night each — means every bed you book belongs to your wedding party, with no local hotel taxes, no listing-site cleaning fees, and dates reservable up to 18 months out (further than any listing site allows). Direct guests also find cozy robes, fresh farm flowers (in season), and gelato waiting in the room. Book every building and the entire farm is yours.
The Elopement package has fixed session times and a clear, date-based price you can see before you commit, so "Book Now" lets you request your date directly rather than starting with an open-ended question — a real person on our team still confirms it, usually within 1–2 business days. If you'd rather talk it through first, "Talk to a Planner" is available on the Elopement too. Day and Overnight weddings involve more customization — guest count, add-ons, catering, lodging — so those start with an inquiry and a conversation with our team.
Sometimes — weekends are typically reserved for our larger Day weddings, since that's the best use of a limited number of weekend dates. But if your date is less than 90 days away, a weekend elopement opens up at our regular $2,000 rate as a last-minute opportunity. It's a great option for local couples who want a weekend ceremony without the lead time a Day wedding usually needs. Pick a date on the calendar in our booking form to see instantly whether it's available and what it costs.
Yes, on Day weddings. Book a Day wedding less than 90 days out and you'll get an extra 30% off — deeper than our standard everyday discount — since it helps us fill dates that would otherwise go unbooked. You still get the full working farm experience: Highland cows, modern amenities, and a team focused on capturing the moment, just at a better value based on timing. Choose your date on the calendar in our booking form and the price updates automatically.
Every package includes a rain-plan backup at no extra cost — the Grand White Barn and its covered Grand Veranda. Rain or shine, your ceremony happens on schedule.
Entry and exit times for the Elopement package are strict. Additional time can be approved in advance and is billed at $500/hour. Day and Overnight packages have built-in access windows; talk to us about extending those during your inquiry.
Venue rental does not include catering. For Elopements, lunch on-site is available for a separate fee. For Day and Overnight weddings, we're happy to share our preferred vendor list during your inquiry — or, even easier, ask about our All-Inclusive Add-On, which bundles catering, flowers, a DJ, photography, an officiant, and a wedding planner into one package so you're not coordinating vendors on your own.
No — a planner isn't required. What we do require is a staff member on-site the day of your wedding, which is a $200 fee unless you're using a planner who's already familiar with the venue. If you'd rather skip that altogether, our All-Inclusive Add-On includes a planner as part of the bundle.
Yes — it's available on both the Elopement and Day packages (and by extension, on Farm Stays, since a farm stay builds on one of those two). It's one of our most popular add-ons: officiant, catering, florals, DJ, planning, and more, all bundled together. For Elopements, budget around $3,000 as a starting placeholder — for Day and Farm Stay weddings, we'll build a custom quote based on your guest count and which services you select. When you check the box on our inquiry form, you can choose "all options" or pick individual services.
Yes — the Private Chef Meal for Two is $400 and is a favorite for Elopement couples, though any couple on any package can add it. For larger groups (rehearsal dinners, Farm Stay guests), ask about Private Chef Dining, a full locally-sourced plated meal starting at $100/plate.
Yes — overnight farm lodging (the Milkbarn, Milkhouse, or a Fairland Ridge Barndo) can be added to an Elopement, not just a Day wedding. The Milkbarn is your primary space, up to 22 guests; for larger groups, add Barndo 1, 2, and 3. Every building rents whole at $1,500/night, so no unrelated guests ever share a building with your group — and booking every building makes the entire farm exclusively yours.
The Milkbarn sleeps up to 22 guests, family-style. For larger overnight groups, ask about adding Barndo 1, 2, and/or 3 on Fairland Ridge — $1,500/night each for the entire 5-bedroom building (up to 22 guests), so it's only ever your people under the roof.
It's about who else is staying on the farm during your wedding weekend. Wedding lodging rents by the whole building — the Milkbarn or any Barndo, up to 22 of your guests each at $1,500/night — never by the room, so you're never sharing a roof with guests you didn't invite. Your event makes the farm side exclusively yours; book all the buildings and the entire property is, too.
Tell us about your day and we'll follow up with availability and next steps. Planning an Elopement instead? Book that date directly.
