How whole-building works
Each of our barndominium buildings rents as one booking: three suites under one roof, private entrances, shared nobody. Two crews? Take two buildings. The full reunion? Fairland Ridge books all three buildings as one property — sixty-six guests on one hilltop, the biggest thing the farm rents.
Built for the convoy
Trucks, the smoker trailer, somebody's RV: the farm's lanes and aprons park it all free, beside the doors. Load the game-day rigs at dawn, roll into Knoxville together — about half an hour — and come home to a fire ring, not a lobby bar at last call.
The Sunday everyone stays for
Group trips used to end with checkout. Ours end with the Premium Highland Cow Experience — the whole crew in the pasture for two hours with the herd, the group photo that replaces everyone's profile picture — plus the two-acre catfish pond for the early risers and fresh eggs for the griddle.
Claim the marquee weekends
Rivalry games and reunions book the buildings first. Our calendar opens further out than any listing site allows — lock the building the day the group chat agrees.
